Rising Sales–it’s what every c-store retailer wants to hear. According to Convenience Store News, 9 in 10 chain retailers expect their 2016 sales to rise. Of the operators who took part in the study, 92.9 percent reported an increase in the foodservice category since 2015. What’s caused this?
