A commercial-grade compact convection oven designed for baking cookies. Convection is the ideal way to cook convenience foods and this compact oven will be sure to impress. Designed with heated, circulating air which works to bake cookies evenly every time. This unit comes with three (3) special sized pans (14.5" x 10") which allow you to bake more cookies than a standard 1/4 sheet pan. Cleaning is made easy with the removable door and sliding racks. As an added benefit, It also comes with a portable, magnetic timer so you never have to worry about burning cookies.
