Order Processing
Check the status of your order at any time by logging into your customer account and visiting Order Status/History under My Account.
Most orders will ship within 5-10 business days. Some items may require additional lead time as noted on the product page. If your order is delayed or an item is backordered, we will notify you via email.
If you need your order delivered on or by a specific date, please note this in the "order comments" field during checkout. While we cannot guarantee delivery by that date, we will make every effort to meet your request and will notify you if we cannot.
FOODPROS FastFill items are always in stock and will ship within 1-2 business days for orders placed before 3:00pm CST.
Standard Shipping
Most orders ship via FedEx. Transit times typically range from 2-5 business days.
Shipments to locations outside of the U.S. mainland (including Alaska, Hawaii, and military bases) will incur additional freight charges. These charges vary based on order contents and destination and will be calculated after your order is submitted. Additional freight will be invoiced separately, and we will contact you with the total.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited delivery options, including 2-day and next-day service, are available to most locations at an additional cost. Rates are calculated after your order is submitted and will be invoiced separately. If you require expedited shipping, please note this in the "order comments" field during checkout.
Shipping Damage
If the outside packaging of your order is visibly dented, crushed, torn, or otherwise significantly damaged, please reject the shipment and contact us immediately at (800) 419-9324 or customerservice@foodconcepts.com. We will confirm the damage with the carrier and reship your order.
International Customers
Orders shipping outside of the United States cannot be processed through our website due to additional freight requirements. Please contact us at (800) 419-9324 or customerservice@foodconcepts.com to place an international order.
Returns
You may return any unused, undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less a 15% restocking fee. Please include a copy of the packing list and ship returns to:
